Infant/Toddler Community (6 wks – 30-36 mo):

Curriculum planning for this age group is dependent upon each child’s developmental characteristics. The daily activities and program goals are based on the needs, capabilities, and interests of each child. The structure of the curriculum is based on the following developmental areas: sensory and perpetual, physical and motor, self help skills, social/emotional development, intellectual development, language development/communication, and building and maintaining a healthy attitude towards learning.

Children’s House (3 yrs – 6 yrs):

Curriculum planning for this age group will integrate Montessori’s core areas of Practical Life, Sensorial, Math, Language, and Culture, including Geography, History, Botany, Zoology, Art, and Music. This age group’s learning environment will be designed to promote order, coordination, concentration and independence.

The daily activities and program goals for this age group will also be based on the needs, capabilities, and interests of each child. The structure of the curriculum, in addition to above, will be based on the stimulation of social/emotional development , intellectual development , physical and motor development, and building and maintaining a healthy attitude towards learning.
